What Kind Of Cleanup Needs To Be Done

When your home is damaged by fire, there are few things you may be able to expect. Besides damage that is a result of direct contact with the fire, you may see soot, debris, smoke damage, and possibly even water damage from firefighting efforts.

Of all the parts of the cleanup, the soot and debris are probably the easier to deal with because they are readily visible. However, one of the more difficult to deal with is smoke damage.

Smoke can permeate anything in your home and requires cleaning carpets, walls, bedding, clothing, furniture, and virtually anything can be washed or cleaned to fully remove the smell.
