Invasive Water

Water is particularly invasive. Within minutes it quickly spreads throughout your property, saturating everything it comes across. In this case water was absorbed into the walls, floors, and cabinets. If left untreated drywall will begin to break down, wood will begin to swell & crack, and a musty odor will present itself. 

Restoration time and cost increases dramatically with every second wasted. The cost of replacing materials and structural rebuilding could be extensive. In this home the flooring, padding, and parts of drywall had to be removed. A fair of amount of wood furniture was also removed due to a large amount of water damage.
